Spread the seeds over a baking paper on a baking tray.
Toast the seeds in a 150°C oven until fragrant.
Leave to cool down.
Prepare acetate tubes of about 1.5 cm in diameter.
Melt the Puratos Carat Coverlux Amber to 47°C. Pipe into the tubes, leave to sit for 1 min., then pour out the excess Puratos Carat Covelux Amber.
Place in the freezer for 2 min., then leave at room temperature.
Once the Puratos Carat Coverlux Amber has set, peel the acetate off.
Lightly coat the outside of the Puratos Carat Coverlux Amber tube with more melted Puratos Carat Coverlux Amber and then roll in the seeds. Leave to set and then break into pieces.
