	Previous Manipulation		Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl + the soakingfrom the day in front.

	Bulk Fermentation		00:20:00
	Manipulation Before Bulk		Let rest for 20' in mixing bowl. Cover with plastic.
	Scale		1000 Grams
	Make Up		Make your hands wet with water and scale 1000gr. Place in greased Kernebrød moulds. Flat your dough down by using a scraper and decorate on top with G&S mix.
	Final Fermentation		00:50:00 28 °C 85 % Humidity
